The short version: this site collects only what you type into its two forms, uses it only to respond to you, and sets no tracking cookies.
What this website collects
The visit request and contact forms collect your name, phone number, email address, your message, and, on the visit request form, your preferred date and time. That is the complete list. Browsing the site collects nothing about you: no analytics trackers, no advertising pixels, no cookie banners because there are no tracking cookies to consent to.
How your information is used
Form submissions are delivered by email to our office so staff can call you back and answer your question. They are not used for marketing lists, not sold, and not shared with anyone beyond the email delivery service that transmits them (currently Resend, acting as a data processor).
Please don't send health information
The forms are for general information only. Do not include personal health information in a message, symptoms, diagnoses, medications, or anything you would tell a provider. Questions about your care are addressed at your visit, where privacy protections actually apply. Website forms and ordinary email are not a secure medical channel.
How long we keep it
Form emails are retained in the clinic inbox as ordinary business correspondence and deleted when no longer needed for follow-up.
Your choices and contact
You can always skip the forms and call (248) 482-8809 instead. To ask what information we hold from your form submissions, or to have it deleted, call the same number or ask at the front desk.
This policy covers this website only. Medical records are governed by separate healthcare privacy law and the clinic's notice of privacy practices, available at the office.
